Cantaloupe Gazpacho

1 small peeled cantaloupe (remove seeds)
1 small peeled cucumber
½ cup vanilla yogurt
2 tbsp fresh mint
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp salt
Place all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth.

Garnish with roasted red bell pepper, red onion & diced cucumber.
