- Asian Sub Sandwich/Chicken
8 servings:

1 whole chicken (roast), place in roaster add:
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 cup fresh shredded ginger
1 tbsp fresh garlic puree
1 tbsp red crushed chilis
1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
2 cups water
Place all ingredients on top. Add water first.
Cover and bake for 2 hours until tender and falls apart.

Sub Roll, Asian Flatbread, Nizami Rolls, 1 each

Chili Mayonnaise:
1 cup mayo, 1/8 cup chili powder, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tbsp lemon pepper. Mix

Thinly sliced cucumber, long, thin slices (not circles)

Pickled Carrots:
1 lb shredded carrots
Dressing: ½ cup olive oil, ¼ cup rice vinegar, ¼ cup sugar, ½ tsp salt, 1 tbsp black pepper
Blend for 3 minutes until smooth. Mix with carrots.

2 tbsp chopped cilantro per sandwich.

To Serve:
Grill bun to crisp.
From bottom:
1 tbsp mayo, 3 oz pork, ¼ cup carrots,
2-3 pieces cucumber, 2 tbsp cilantro on top for garnish
Top of bun
