2 cups chick peas
cup lime juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp lemon pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tsp curry powder
Blend ingredients until smooth.
Brush 8 corn tortillas with olive oil and bake in 400 oven for 15 minutes until crisp.
4 cups shredded fresh romaine lettuce
cup shredded fresh basil
cup feta cheese
1 cup chopped fresh tomato
cup chopped olives
cup small diced hot pepper
Spread cup hummus on corn tortilla.
Place cup lettuce on top.
