Here is an update to a Friday arrest: Cornelius Cormier, 25, is charged with resisting arrest as well as failure to identify after giving police the wrong name and date of birth.

Originally, a officer stopped the vehicle for a traffic violation. During the traffic stop, police say Cormier gave misinformation, got violent, and began kicking the police car, harassing officers, and, police said, purposefully hurting himself on the bars and glass inside the car.

Cormier was released Friday, he was held on almost $2,000 of bond. He was also charged for not carrying a drivers license and having an expired motor vehicle inspection.
