A 22-year-old Concho Valley driver was injured after a collision with a train. It happened a little after five Friday afternoon. Investigators say a 22-year-old woman driving a white pickup truck collided with a train at a crossing about six miles northeast of San Angelo. State Troopers say the woman was driving a white pickup south on Farm to Market road 1692 when she collided with a train going west. Medics airlifted the driver to Shannon Medical Center with undisclosed injuries. Volunteers from the Quail Valley volunteer fire department responded. Officers re-opened 1692 about 7:45 Friday evening.
