The "Don't Mess With Texas Trash-off" is a partnership between Keep Texas Beautiful and the Texas Department of Transportation, which work to keep our Texas roads clean.
TxDOT spend $37 million (M) in taxpayer dollars last year to maintain state roadways, and over a ton is collected each week.
