San Angelo - TX - A Brady couple who is charged with murder and tampering with evidence in the more than 10 year-old missing persons case of Naomi Miller has now been indicted on those charges by a grand jury.
Court reports say 45 year-old Robert Miller and 41 year-old LuDonna Yoder intentionally and knowingly caused the death of then 34 year-old Naomi Miller by suffocating her with a pillow or duct tape back in 2005. Earlier this year search crews found the remains buried near the site of the old San Angelo Speedway on FM 2105. Both Miller and Yoder remain in the Tom Green County Jail.
An additional charge of manslaughter has been added to the previous indicted charge of accident involving death against 22 year-old Michael Keene. Keene is charged with the second degree felony in an accident involving the death of Gisele Jarmon. Jarmon died in the hit and run accident that happened in June of 2015 in the 4500 block of Houston Harte Frontage Road. Police reports indicate that Keene left the scene of the accident without rendering aid. He remains out on bond.
28 year-old Anthony Baca, one of the three defendants charged in the shooting that happened downtown in July of 2015, had previously been indicted with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon causing bodily injury to Paul Garcia by striking and shooting Garcia with a firearm. Baca is now indicted with two counts of assault rather than one.
36 year-old Alexander Rodriguez Jr. is charged with continuous sexual assault of a victim under the age of 14. Court reports say the assault went on for about a year. Rodriguez was booked in the Tom Green County Jail Friday morning following a recent indictment on the charge.
