John Young Sentenced to 11 Years for Forgery, Theft & Money Laundering

San Angelo - TX - Wednesday, A Tom Green County jury sentenced Criminal Defense Attorney John Young to 11 years in prison for forgery, theft and money laundering in the case of the alleged handwritten will of San Angelo Real Estate Investor John Sullivan.

Count 1, forgery, state jail felony: 24 months, $10,000 fine

Count 2, forgery, state jail felony: 24 months, $10,000 fine

Count 3, theft, first degree felony: 11 years, $10,000 fine

Count 4, money laundering, second degree: 11 years, $10,000 fine

Each count is to be served concurrently.

Young was booked in the Tom Green County Jail Wednesday night.
